End of last year, I had the opportunity to teach Strategic Internal Communications at ISM University of Management & Economics, Lithuania as an elective. Around the same time, I also transitioned to my new role in Krakow, Poland and provided me deeper perspectives on how communications is experienced and understood in these parts of the world. Designing and teaching the course helped me get a deeper appreciation of the domain and the evolving trends.
Thanks to the Program Director Prof. Dr. Maik Huettinger for helping me with useful tips and guidance during the course and also to my students for being patient with the classes. Hopefully, they liked the course content and will help them in their future.
