COVID-19 has disrupted the way the world operates like never before. Effective internal communications is known to help keep employees informed, engaged and committed during crises. As the ‘black swan’ event of COVID-19 continues to evolve, gaining a clearer understanding of internal communications and how organizations and communicators have faced into the challenges can influence future interventions.
This COVID-19 Internal Communications Survey (it will take 5-8 minutes) seeks the views of internal communicators on how they coped and managed with the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. The insights gathered will help to inform and direct future interventions for improving organizational communications, creating frameworks for enhanced engagement and building resilience among communicators and leaders. Please put in as much detail as like.
This is a voluntary study on the same lines as the State of the Nation Surveys done by Intraskope in previous years. Those who participate and share their organization’s name and e-mail ID will receive a report summary. Please note that these names are only captured to reach out for additional inputs, if any. The report will share insights in the aggregate and no names or organizational references will be used.
